Harbor Keeper

★★★★★ 4.7 Editor rating

Harbor Keeper hooked me faster than I expected. You're running a little harbor, deciding which ships dock where and when cargo moves. It sounds dry, but the tension of a crowded schedule is real.

The interface is built for touch, with big draggable ship icons and clear queues. I never once wished for a mouse, which is rare for a management game on a phone.

It sips battery because most of the screen sits still between decisions. This is a great pick for long flights or slow evenings when you want something to chew on.
